Top Free-to-Play Games Performance in Greece Q1 2025

In the first quarter of 2025, the free-to-play gaming landscape in Greece showcased varied performance trends across the top five games, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Block Blast！ from Hungry Studio saw a consistent decline in weekly downloads, starting at 50K in early January and dropping to about 22K by the end of March. Despite this, the game maintained a strong user base with weekly active users peaking at 646K in February before settling at 516K by the quarter's end.

Vita Mahjong experienced significant growth in both downloads and active users. Weekly downloads rose from 14.4K to over 32K, while active users increased from 48K to 120K, indicating a strong engagement among players. Revenue, while modest, showed a gradual increase, peaking at $37 in late March.

Word Search Explorer® by PlaySimple Games saw stable performance with downloads hovering around 17K at the start and tapering off to 14K. Active users remained robust, reaching 87K by the end of March, while revenue saw a peak of $62 in late February.

Roblox from Roblox Corporation maintained a steady presence with weekly downloads ranging between 9K and 15K. Revenue started strong at $93K but gradually decreased to around $27K. Active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 245K and 357K.

Finally, Screwdom, newly released by Zego Global, showed remarkable growth. Downloads skyrocketed from a mere 145 to 27K, and revenue increased significantly, reaching $3.8K by the end of March. The game also saw a surge in active users, growing from 124 to 37.6K.
